CyberSwarm has raised a $50 million Series A led by Falanga Invest Perton. The company was founded in Ploiesti in 2017 and is now headquartered in California.
The round follows the $1 million seed from Tim Draper. The technology is memristor-based neuromorphic hardware that stores and processes information at once, in the way a biological neuron does.
The sectors named are automotive, aerospace, defence, healthcare and robotics.
Jan Imrisek of Falanga Invest Perton says the fund invested because it saw deep technical expertise, original intellectual property and long-term vision.
